DELIVERY & SPECIFICATIONS
Customers interested in purchasing a log house in Bulgaria may feel free to contact our team for further information about prices and delivery conditions. A preliminary offer will be prepared for them after defining client’s requirements.Besides the standard models, clients can choose among a large variety of other modifications offered. Òhey can also submit their own pictures and sketches with individual ideas about the floor plans (with the accurate measurements of rooms and compartments) and an individual offer will be prepared for them by the developer.
Standard delivery package and prices would include:
- The whole wooden part construction set, including walls, floor and roof structures, doors, widows, stairs and all other additional jointing elements
- Mounting of the house under the masterful supervision of skilled log-building professionals
- VAT
Standard delivery package and prices would normally Not include:
- Land
- Roof covering (tiles, corrugated sheet metal or other material) which is made at client’s choice
- Foundation (30-40 cm. over ground - minimum), on which the house will be set up, should be laid in advance by the client or (when negotiated) by the developer
- All costs, associated with administrative and legal procedures, bringing land into regulation, applying for building permission, architectural advice and site plans, etc., are also Not included in the standard package
!!! Preliminary Prices quoted in the initial offer would be just for reference. Figures would be based on preliminary calculations and presumptions and should not be considered as firm offer. Prices are formed depending on the house models and the type of log profiles. Final prices will be formed after specifying all details required by clients, such as the exact house models, amendments to the floor distribution, construction elements, etc., as well as the actual implementation on the site. In addition, prices will also depend on the scale of the project – either building a single house or a larger development.
TIMING
- Delivery: 6 – 8 weeks from signing delivery contract.
- Mounting: 14 - 30 days from delivery, depending on the size and complexity of the house model chosen.
LOCATIONS
Our team is considering building log-home holiday or residential complexes (or single houses) in Bulgaria's most popular mountain resorts, such as Borovets, Bansko, Pamporovo and other locations. SPA resorts, Golf courses and the Black Sea Coast are also of interest.
